Gracehush is not a crisis service. If you are in danger, call 911. In the US, you can call or text 988 (the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) at any time, day or night, or text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line).

Common questions

How do I delete my account? In the app, open Profile and tap Delete Account. This permanently deletes your entries, recordings and settings. If you can’t open the app, see Delete your account.

How do I get a copy of my journal? Open Profile and tap Export Journal. You get a link, good for one hour, to a ZIP file with your entries as data and as readable text, plus your recordings and devotional audio.

How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Gracehush and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Deleting the app or your Gracehush account does not cancel it. You can also open Apple’s subscriptions page.

I changed phones. How do I get my plan back? Sign in to Gracehush with the same account, open Profile and tap Restore purchases.

How do I stop my words going to Google’s AI? Open Profile and turn off Share with Google’s AI. Gracehush can’t prepare new reflections while it is off.

How do I turn off reminders? Open Profile and turn off Daily Affirmations, or change the notifications for Gracehush in your iPhone’s Settings.
