Delete your account

In the app. Open Gracehush, go to Profile, tap Delete Account and confirm. This permanently deletes your entries, recordings, devotionals, prayers, affirmations, exports and settings, your subscription record at RevenueCat and your sign-in account. It happens at once. If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm, and Gracehush then asks Apple to end its access to your Apple sign-in.

Without the app. If you can’t open the app (for example you deleted it or lost your phone), email support@nouvrix.com with the subject “Delete my Gracehush account”, from the email address you signed in with. If you signed in with Apple’s Hide My Email, or with Google, tell us which. We will confirm that the account is yours, delete it within 30 days, and write to you when it is done.

Before you delete. Deleting does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it first: on your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, or use Apple’s subscriptions page.

What we keep. Nothing you wrote or heard. Our hosting provider’s routine backups are overwritten within days. The Privacy Policy explains the details.
